When what kind of tea is drunk and what is important?

In addition to the classic tea ceremony, which originated in China and Japan, tea time, based on the British model, is particularly famous and is indeed experiencing a revival. In particular, afternoon tea - the late afternoon tea hour - is currently enjoying a big boom and is celebrated in many different ways.

Afternoon tea

Afternoon tea is also called "five o'clock" or "weak tea" and is drunk between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Various sweet and savory dishes are served on the counter. As a rule, it is preferred black tea, but also stronger varieties such as Ceylon , Assam or Dajeeling . But we also have a more playful version to offer, namely our Chocolate Kiss tea: Chocolate tea is a delight for the senses, without the extra calories. It has a wonderful taste of raw chocolate.

Evening tea

Evening tea is really great! It is consumed between 5 and 7 pm and actually replaces dinner. People gather around the dining table and the meals are usually more hearty, ranging from cold roasts to pastries and sandwiches. This tea time is usually celebrated with guests, on special occasions. And why not one of our two organic green teas, Eternal Life or Eight Wonders of Shaolin ?

My tea time

If you want to create a special experience for yourself and/or your guests, you should pay attention to unusual and particularly fine table decoration. Of course, fine china and fresh flowers should not be missing. Then the question arises: classic or modern? But in principle, there are no limits to imagination. You can also come up with a special motto for tea time or the tea party and arrange everything accordingly. How about a playful Alice in Wonderland tea party and our fruit tea? Melon and mint ?
