Matcha is prepared by dosing it with a matcha spoon (CHASHAKU) into a bowl (approximately 2 spoons of matcha per 100 ml) and then pouring water at 80-90 °C. You only need to stir until foam forms with a Matcha whisk - for about 1-2 minutes.
