This tea is a wonderful combination of traditionally used herbs to soothe the stomach!
Composition: chamomile flowers (30%), mint leaves (30%), valerian roots, calendula flowers, lemon balm leaves.
Preparation:
- Steam for 5 min.
- The water should be at a temperature of 100 °C,
- For one cup - 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea.
