The combination of rich, creamy milk chocolate and caramelized hazelnuts is irresistible. A hint of sea salt enhances the hazelnut and caramel notes and provides a great balance of sweetness. At 50% cocoa, this is a high percentage dark milk chocolate with a pronounced cocoa flavor and slightly sweet, acidic notes derived from the cocoa.
Our cocoa is purchased directly from Fairtrade certified cooperatives.
The cocoa in this chocolate comes from Peru and the Dominican Republic.
The cane sugar comes from Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica, and the bourbon vanilla comes from Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar.
