Without betraying our style, in this article we will give you a secret recipe, namely for mulled wine, combined with black tea .

The original meaning of the word "mull" was "to heat, sweeten, and flavor," with the verb appearing in 1618, or in other words, the late Middle Ages.
However, it is said that mulled wine was created by the Romans around the 2nd century. And while the ancient Greeks warmed and seasoned their wines, the Romans heated their wine during the winter months to protect themselves from the terrible cold in Europe.
Over the years, mulled wine has become widespread and recipes for it have undergone all sorts of interpretations and improvements, such as spices and fruits - for a healthy immune system and well-being.
Recipe - Mulled wine with black tea
For our special recipe for Mulled Wine with Black Tea you will need the following products:
1 l. pre-brewed black tea from our rich selection
1 bottle of red wine from Momenti.bg
2 tbsp Bilbo honey
cloves – to taste
star anise - to taste
apple slices – to taste
orange slices – to taste
cinnamon sticks – for decoration
Method of preparation:
Pour the red wine and black tea into a deep saucepan to cook and heat.
Add the honey, anise, cloves, and fruit, in the amount of your choice, and let the drink boil.
Remove from the heat shortly before the mulled wine with black tea boils and leave it covered for a few minutes.
Strain the liquid well, pour it into suitable glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick (you can also use dehydrated fruit, if desired).
