Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time of request, only on business days (Monday to Friday).

Within 3 business days you will receive the products you want with the courier company Speedy, to your address, Speedy office or Speedy box. Delivery costs 6.90 and is to all points of Bulgaria.

For orders worth over 500 BGN, advance payment of the entire amount is required.

For orders worth over 99 leva, the cost of regular delivery for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is at the expense of Momenti.

Delivery outside Bulgaria is a matter of additional agreement.

The "Pick up from store" option allows you to receive the product ordered from an online store from a Momenti store. The product will be delivered after electronic confirmation of the order and depending on availability.

To use the "Pick up from store" option, you must:

1. You order goods from the online store.
2. Fill in all order details correctly, making sure to indicate the recipient of the goods and the Momenti store where you wish to receive it.
3. Complete the order and receive an electronic confirmation from Momenti.

The goods must be received within 3 business days from the date of the electronic order confirmation.
Receipt is made only during the working hours of Momenti, indicated in the electronically confirmed order, by the person indicated as the recipient.
Upon receipt, it is necessary to present identification, order number and sign a handover protocol.
