Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours of the request, only on working days (Monday to Friday).
Within 3 working days, you will receive your desired products via Speedy/Econt courier service, at a Speedy/Econt office, to a Speedy/Econt locker, or to your address.
Delivery with Speedy courier company - 3.90 EUR including VAT, if your order is under 55 EUR. If it exceeds this amount, you do not pay for delivery.
Delivery with Econt courier company - 5 EUR including VAT for orders under 60 EUR including VAT. If it exceeds this amount for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, it is at the expense of Momenti.bg.
Delivery with Sameday courier company - 3.00 EUR including VAT for orders under 40 EUR including VAT. If it exceeds this amount for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, it is at the expense of Momenti.bg.
Delivery with BoxNow courier company - 2.50 EUR including VAT for orders under 40 EUR including VAT. If it exceeds this amount for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, it is at the expense of Momenti.bg.
"When delivering with BOX NOW, payment is made only by debit/credit card via a link that you will receive by email/Viber/SMS after placing your order. Cash payment is not possible!"
For orders over 250 EUR, advance payment of the entire amount is required.
Delivery outside Bulgaria is subject to additional agreement.
The "Pick up from store" option allows you to receive goods ordered from the online store at a Momenti store. The goods will be provided after electronic confirmation of the order and depending on availability.
To use the "Pick up from store" option, you must:
- Order goods from the online store.
- Fill in all order details correctly, specifying the recipient of the goods and the Momenti store where you wish to collect them.
- Complete the order and receive electronic confirmation from Momenti.
The goods must be collected within 3 working days from the date of electronic order confirmation.
Collection is only during Momenti's working hours, specified in the electronically confirmed order, by the person designated as the recipient.
Upon collection, identity verification, order number, and signing of a handover protocol are required.
