We are very excited to share our new vegan version of our hugely popular Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate. We have increased the cocoa percentage to 65% to provide a richer cocoa flavor and create an extra special treat that unites the savory and the sweet. There is something about the crunchy caramel, sea salt and amazing chocolate that is hard to describe - it has to be tasted. The salt opens up your palate and allows the entire cacao flavor to expand to new levels of awesomeness.
For all fans of sweet and salty combinations; an intriguing combination. The combination of vegan caramel and a pinch of sea salt creates a deliciously naughty taste. But be careful, because the taste can completely overwhelm you.
Our cocoa is purchased directly from Fairtrade certified cooperatives.
The cocoa in this bar comes from Peru and the Dominican Republic.
Cane sugar comes from Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica, and Bourbon vanilla comes from Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar.
