
This tea is made from whole mint leaves only.

Preparation: Steam the tea leaves for about 5 minutes using water at a temperature of 100 °C. For one cup of tea, use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea to achieve the desired richness of flavor.
Mint tea can be drunk either hot or cold, depending on preference. If desired, a little honey or lemon can be added for a sweeter or refreshing accent.
