
Ingredients: The brownish-yellow seeds of cumin contain an essential oil with more than 40 components. Fenugreek contains steroidal saponins, lecithin, phytin, choline and trogonelline.

To make tea (infusion):
One tablespoon of the seeds is poured with 400 ml. hot water and soaked for 1 hour. Drink 1 wine glass before meals, 4 times a day.
