In Ha Giang province, located in the northernmost part of Vietnam, near the Chinese border, family-run estates, so-called "smallholders", cultivate tea using traditional methods. As of 2012, this is mostly done as controlled organic farming. Among them, the Cao Bo factory produces very fine black and green qualities. We have chosen a light brown, evenly treated leaf with golden leaf tips. Light and smooth, yet dense and aromatic with a copper colored glass. The infusion is slightly floral with notes of caramel.
