
Ayurvedic tea according to a classic recipe with a spicy taste of cinnamon and ginger. It is suitable for consumption with milk.
Ingredients: pieces of Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, black pepper
Preparation:
- Steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
- The water should be at a temperature of 100 °C,
- For one cup - 1 teaspoon of tea.
