Dried marigold flower (Calendula officinalis) – herb for skin, immunity, and health

Contraindications:
- Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as it may cause uterine contractions.
- Allergic reactions are possible, especially in people sensitive to plants from the Asteraceae family (daisy, chamomile, ragweed).
- In people with low blood pressure, it may lower it even further.
- Not suitable for co-administration with sedatives or blood pressure medications, as it may enhance their effect.
