Its taste is sweet and sour with bitter notes. Rich in trace elements and often recommended for anemia. It is harvested in July and August. This is the only type of honey that is not produced from the nectar of the plant. For its production, bees collect sweet sap from the leaves of the oak, which the trees secrete during this period of the year.
