Awareness through Pilates:With Polly, we will start the day with conscious movement. We will awaken every cell, strengthen our bodies, and learn to breathe fully. Pilates will be our foundation – the grounding we need to soar.
Tea Ceremony Ritual: Irena will guide us through the magic of herbs. This is not just about drinking tea, but about immersing ourselves in the healing power of nature. Every sip is a detox for the senses and a moment of silence where you hear your own thoughts.
Creativity in Resin and Flowers: Kristina will show us the art of preserving beauty. We will create our own compositions of real spring flowers and resin. This is your creative meditative process, in which you will create a symbol of your "awakening" to take home.
The Ecstasy of Dance:To complete the cycle of renewal, we will release our emotions through dance. Eli and Asya will immerse us in pure energy and rhythm without following rules, to find our way to say "Yes" to spring and to the life within us.
