Smoothie with Matcha for every day

The word "matcha" can be heard everywhere these days. Matcha is now such a trend that we're almost convinced that there's no one who hasn't tried it, just to find out what it is.
And what is Matcha?! It is a high-quality Japanese finely ground green tea with a centuries-old history, which is quite beneficial for our health and has a pleasant, invigorating taste.
We will share with you a recipe for a Matcha smoothie that you can make absolutely every day - for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quick, delicious, healthy. Enjoy!


Recipe: Matcha Smoothies for Every Day
*the recipe is for one large pitcher or two smoothie cups
Required ingredients:
1 tsp Matcha tea powder
1 cucumber
1 cup baby spinach or one avocado
1 celery stalk
1/2 cup mango or 1 small apple (can be frozen or not, depending on whether you are going to put ice in your smoothie), cored, cut into small pieces
- 1 large slice fresh ginger; peeled
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ginger beer
- a few ice cubes (optional)
Required equipment:
- blender
- serving glasses
Preparation:
Pour absolutely all the necessary ingredients into the blender and mix for 1-2 minutes until every single piece is ground.
